Methodology

Anchor each cycle at its halving date (2012-11-28, 2016-07-09, 2020-05-11, 2024-04-19). For day-N since halving, compute % return from anchor. Plot: (i) the current cycle's path, (ii) the mean across prior cycles at the same day-N, and (iii) the deviation = current − mean. Reading: positive deviation = running hot vs. average, negative = running cold.
