Methodology
For each day t, count how many of the five SMAs (8W, 20W, 50W, 100W, 200W on weekly close, evaluated at 56/140/350/700/1400 day windows) close_t exceeds, divided by 5. Output is 0-100 %. Stays at 100 % during clean trends; drops fast at trend breaks.
